Click on the Open/Close an Account Tab

Then Click on the Close/Freeze an Account Tab

User needs to fill the DP ID Client ID along with all the details required and mention the registered mail id with the DP.

Post Verification from DP, DP will initiate the Closure process.

Once the account is closed, the Client Master Report (CMR) alongwith the transaction Statement will be sent to the Beneficial Owner (BO) electronically via mail.
